Hey guys i need your help i have a door that sits on DN 25 and the ext that in rings to is DN 36 phantom vm with answer DN to
ext 21,22,23,24 but it does not rings is their some in programming that i might be missing.

Try using a Hunt Group instead.

I agree with supportdude. I don't think you can answerdn a VM access port.

one thing that you need to change is under system programming make the ans key type extended cause it comes default as basic so that's why it's not working...

Kind of late here, but have been gone. If you use the Hunt Group method, you need to change to 3 digit extensions before you can use Hunt Groups.
