After four rings my door phone goes to general delivery mailbox. I changed number of rings to 10. Nothing. I set call forward no answer to go to a hunt group. Nothing. What am I missing? Thanks

Thanks, Senks. When you mentioned that no one should be calling the door phone it rang a bell. (no pun intended) The tech who originally installed the door phone set up a phantom extension and programmed it as an answer DN on certain phones. I just set it up as a hotline phone and everything is okay. The system was sending the phantom DN to the general mailbox. Thanks for the response and HAPPY HOLIDAYS.
