Door phone comes up as ``inactive feature```when trying to programme

I have a door phone on a MICS which took a lightning strike. The KSU was replaced and now I am reprogramming everything. It all seems to be coming together except for the door phone issue. I have tried to use F9*4 but the system keeps coming up with ``Inactive Feature``.
What am I not doing that will make this work again.

Test on another known working port at the KSU.
If still an issue replace it.

Hi Curly
I tested the port that the unit was on with a set and it came live so I am thinking you are right and will have to replace the unit.
