Hi
I have BCM 50 GR6, with 1 door phone and a DOC. I just installed the phone and DOC and the documents for the door phone are great, but the DOC is not so good. I see a power supply terminal under the DOC cover, along with the Normally Open, and Normally Closed relay terminals. I also see Data in and data out. Question is do I need a power supply? it says 12/24 volt so what one do I need if so? Does the power get dictated by the latch it controls or is it just a power supply for the relay itself.
Lastly, is the DOC terminal from the Door phone supposed to go to the Data in? Then my Normally Open wires go to the alarm panel to hit my door stiker?
Thanks in advance.
