Door Opening Controller - behaving like an M7208

I have a door opening controller that I've moved from our OLD MICS (4.0) to our NEW MICS (7.1). Both systems are running in parallel to prevent any downtime.

It's the darnedest thing, but everything works perfectly on the new system (hunt group etc) except that system behaves as though the door phone is a regular M7208. In other words the softkeys don't show the expected door-open options, when connected to a station, neither can the door be opened with by pressing the appropriate digit.

The system 'sees' it as a door phone under the maintainence menu. Specifically when I navigate to the DN of the door phone the B2 channel shows 'DOOR' as you'd expect.

I'm Stumped.

Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks for any tips!

Got it. We had incomplete programming the door phone itself, as discreet from the door opening controller.

Thanks!
