He everyone, I have a form that I wish to print. I've put a button on the form to print it, but I don't want the button itself to print.

I've done this...

"frmEQLabel.cmdPrintEQLabel.PrintObject = False"

but it errors out, saying that the class or data member "PrintObject" is not found. What am I doing wrong please?

Thanks for the reply, but it's not an Access form, it's a VBA form in Excel.

Did you check VB Help on the PrintObject Property?

A quick check, using the VB Edit features, would indicate the PrintObject is not a property of this kind of control.

Yes, I did - the help did indeed tell me that PrintObject isn't a valid property. What it *didn't* tell me is how to not print the button.

When you print, set the VISIBLE property to FALSE, then set it back to TRUE.

How would that work for you?

You can also right click on a button --> property -->, and there is the option "printObject" that can manualy be changed to false.

IHTP,

There is no such Property for a Userform Button.

You are probably looking at a Control Toolbox button on a worksheet.

Right,

Thanks for the specification, it is sometime hard to translate from french to english, wich is why I am trying to get an english interface.
