Don't have necessary permissions to use .MDB file

Hi all,
One of my clients has an Access database. It can be opened only on one computer , but not the other.
On a computer that is working -- you prompted with login ( i was provided with those params as well) and all is fine. On any other there is an error :

You don't have necessary permissions to use .mdb object.
Have your system administrator or the person who created object establish necessary permissions for you.

So you dont even get to login screen.

I am using Access 2007.

Thats about first time I am trying to use Access in 10 years!

What was the issue that you solved? Was it network file permissions?
