Have to do a dongle serial number swap for a customer with a potentially bad SD card. It appears to be missing from Manager>System where it normally is. Did they move it?

It has always been under licenses, don't recall it ever being in the system tab.

If only I was on site at location to do that. budbryd was correct in that it's under licensing now under PLDS Host ID

Edit: I guess he deleted his post

I can't remember for sure but if system can't see the SD card it wouldn't show up there. It may show up under licenses like budbyrd said.
Or you can remove it from the system and look at SN.

I stand corrected. Been a while since I did much with R8. Worked on an R3 a few months back, it was like having to relearn the software. But as always *(Disclaimer for all advise given)--'Version Dependent' [wink]

That was just a random google search image. I was just trying to prove it was once under System.

Yeah, when I opened an R8 backup on my laptop I was amazed to see it there. I have forgotten more than I ever knew. After the first or second decade of doing this, I don't even try to remember the older versions.
