Dongle Hipath 4000 v1 1

Hello,
I have hipath 4000 v1, the dongle H/W is broken, can I access to system without it?
Also, Is there any manual for software reset of the system?

Finally, I get the RED dongle.

I install it, execute the command (ADD-CODEW) with the CodeWord, and execute the Commad (DIS-CODEW).
The result shows that the red dongle installed correctly.
