I've made some changes to my domain security policy. One of the changes is that i've added some message text when users logon. I made the change on server one and when i look at the domain security policy on servers two and three the text has been replicated with no problems BUT when users logon the text doesnt appear but the text box does.

Any ideas???

Can anyone help with this one?? as it's driving me nuts!!

cheers

So, you have added a logon script that is suppossed to print a text message to the user upon logon, correct?

When your users logon, the text box appears, but contains no text, right?

Sounds like the error is in the script. Maybe you could post it here and someone could help.

Just a thought,

Did you reboot the machines? If the policy was set through a GPO that option is in the computer configuration and only takes affect when the machines are rebooted and the new policy is applied.
