Oddball issue.
W2K Server, latest patches, latest hardware drivers, etc... Terminal Services installed. All will run well for whatever period of time (varied). As the system gets more loaded (say over 20 concurrent TS user sessions), new users attempting to login via TS will get the login screen but will not be able to login; it gives the standard error message no domain server available. You can log into the console as a local account, but not a domain account. Users who are logged in already will slowly begin to get dropped off. At this point, if you attempt to shutdown, the system can take up to 30 minutes+ (haven't waited more than that) to restart. Once restarted, all is fine again until the load goes back up.
