our primary domain controller is crashed and the additional domail controller is act as a primary domain controller,
how we can promote the additional domain controller as primary domain controller and configure the new domain controller as additiional domain controller.

when you say "Primary domain controller" I am assuming you have a NT domain ?


in a NT domain, only one PDC can be there, and if you need additional domain ctornoller, they can be Backup (BDC)
and you have to reinstall NT for it to join the NT domain to be a domain controller
