Does VB.Net Standard/Academic include Crystal Reports designer?

I though that CR designer was now a free add-in for .Net, taking the place of MS Data Reports. I don't have it in my templates, nor in my list to reference it. Is it on the install cd for .Net separately?

I don't think so. At our company we bought it to test weither to but the full version. Its a watered down version

Academic includes crystal reports and an extra disk of examples that I have yet to find installed anywhere on my computer

Are you saying you couldn' find the crystal designer either?
