DO YOU HAVE A 2ND CABINET

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

yes it does have a second cabinet

Your going to have to leave Your TTY port open on it and let it print to capture file or to a printer just make sure you have MTC in the USER part of the TTY.

Can't Nortel(Avaya) decode the hex to see what it points to? There are a few on this forum that can tell you exactly too. Might not be enough info to go on though. I would say be careful if your company is doing any type of 'scanning' as it may be touching the ELAN and causing issues. (at least we had that happen here). But yes, this could be a PE issue and not network. We had a 4.5 system that was sysloading and it ended up being a faulty SSC and daughterboard.

Will need to see the PDT log files to see what is happening.

If you have Pass - you can have Avaya do an RCA (root cause analysis)

If not - only way we call tell what is happening is to see the PDT logs
