1) from time to time external callers, who say that they dial an extension (e. g. – 345) are not routet to the dialled extension but go to the default group (main).
We have traced one call (see below) with the Monitor Application: As we see IP Office does not get the direct dialling information from the provider.
This problem only happens from time to time and it is not possible to reproduce it! Until now we watched this problem with callers from germany and from the cellular provider Telering.
2) Our customer feels disturbed by the echo in the handsets of his 5602sw terminals. He hears his own voice very loud in the earpiece.
3) Many calls have a delay after lifting the handset. This means that the caller does not hear anything within the first 3-5 seconds, so our customer has to repeat his greeting very often.
