I have a need to print Quark Express 4.1 documents from another company. I also have a need to create some PDF's of MS-Word 2000 documents. From the Adobe website it looks like PM 7 can handle both of these tasks but I want to make sure before I buy it. It would be nice to buy one program instead of buying both Quark and Acrobat.

Hi efunds,

Yes, PageMaker 7.0 comes with a Quark Xpress 4.1 converter. It also comes with Distiller which would allow you to create a PDF out of Word (Just print to the Acrobat Distiller printer)

Whoops, sorry about the multiple posts. I hate it when that happens.

Hi,
New at Pagemaker,
big job waiting for me on Monday on Pagemaker, it's a book of very pixellated pics and double overprinted wordings...
What editing properties does Pagemaker have for that kind of problems?
You mention "Just print out of Distiller" which I do have installed, but do not see that as an option.
How do you go about it?
I do have Quark on the same PC, how do I go about converting to it?
Thanks a million for any replies.
