dmb

dmb,

What do you mean predictive dialing? I'm not familiar with that term.

Yes - there are several predictive dialers with different connections to the switch.
The predictive dialer manufacturer should supply you with the interface requirements for the meridian switch.

Ok Reusser, I ask that because CT-Connect have a method to make predictive dial but when CT-Connect is integrated with Nortel Meridian that method isn't support.
Can you tell me about that several predictive dialers you told me in your last answer??

Thanks a lot.

To Gumpus: Predictive dial is a method for make calls where the extension/agent is not known untill the call is answered by the called. If you want more information you can search "predictive dialing" in msn.

Bye!!!

I suppose re-instating this thread with a more specific question.

I would like to use Avaya's Predictive Dialer with SCCS. Has anybody had a chance to integrate this with Nortel's PBX. If so any gotchas, I should be aware of.
