Hi All
Sorry, I can't find a HP desktop forum so I hope nobody minds if I post here. I'm looking at enabling using Intel vPro so that we can still use PXE boot (for PC imaging) on our 802.1x enabled switches (when 802.1x gets enabled !). Our desktops are HP DC7900 and I've been following the instructions here:
which so far have been perfectly accurate. But when I come to the 2nd reboot (where the yellow line is) I don't have an option for Intel AMT Configuration - I just get to the exact same place as I did the first time I pressed CTRL + P. I'm just wondering if this technology comes free with the desktop, or if it needs to have an additional license. Can anybody advise ? I've dome some googling but found nothing so far to confirm or deny
Thanks again
