how to integrate Cisco Secure ACS 4 with Active Directory 2003. can any one tell the steps I need to .

Yes it does. Read the documentation supplied with it. If you install ACS on a Domain Member (or DC) then it's automatically enabled, if you install it on a standalone machine then there are some extra steps involved.
The documentaion is very clear.

I install it on addtional domain but I don't no why I can't authenticate with active directory .
but when I create user account local on ACS it works fine
but integration with active directory not .

You need to configure an external database, however you don't need any plug-ins to get it to work with AD. I don't understand you comment 'I install it on addtional domain..' is the ACS Server a Domain Member of the domain you it to authenticate to?

Read the documentation.....
