I am trying to send a text message to my phone when I recieve an email telling me who sent it, and the email subject. I can manage the email subject Item.Subject but does anyone know what the code is for to tell me who sent the email.

Please help.

Cheers.

Neemi,

Have you tried Item.SenderName? That's the only property I see that may have what your looking for.

Thanks for replying Jeff.

But yeh, I've tryed using SenderName but it doesn't return anything. I've no idea why.

Neemi,

I just remembered that I stumbled across something over the weekend that said something about doing "dummy" reply and then using the recipients list to get the address. I don't think they gave an example of how to do it and I don't remember where I read it. I'll see if I can find it.

That would be great. Cheers

Neemi,

I didn't think I was going to be able to find it but I did! I hope this helps.
