Does anyone have the PEPE Dog files that is compatible withOffice 2010

We have recently moved to Windows 7 and using office 2010. When opening up the Pepe dog files I get a debug error.

Is there a new file that can be used with Windows 7 or does anyone else have any other way to get this information?

Thank you. Ihaven't before but I have just tried it now, but when I go to add in the text file for it to convert, I get a runtime error 75. Path/File access error.

However when doing this on an old laptop it works.?
