Does anyone have Teleworker on disc?? Mitel won't release my hardware

I'm out of software assurance with Mitel so even though I have bought 4.5 in the past they won't release my hardware ID on AMC

Does anyone have teleworker on disc?

At the risk of repeating M1tel's comments. You can re-install with all new hardware BUT! only at the same release.

The same holds true for the 3300 that was previously mentioned.

To be able to upgrade most Mitel products requires software assurance.

Software Assurance is typically the only cost other than labour for upgrades. Cost comparison of maintaining SWA vs. other vendor per-unit upgrade costs are extremely Mitel Favourable.

Mitel even allows for SWA to lapse. You pay a 50% premium for the first year to re-enlist.If SWA has lapsed for more then 6 months then you're ahead.
