Does anyone have any idea on the cost of an upgrade from 11e to 11c

This is basically what we now have, we are trying to add a third expansion cabinet on a remote site(1mile) via a T1, but i am not getting any answers for the option 11e to do this. Any info will be helpful. My email adress is rq1990@hotmail.com
