I heard there is a program call nuke or something like it that can perform complete erase of all data on blackberry device..I have been looking for it, and nothing on the internet.

According to blackberry, there is another program call "programmer wipe" that does the same. where can I download both software or command.

thanks.

It is called programmer.exe.
Should be on the BES CD.

Thanks for your reply, but I don't see it in my BES 3.6 CD or the installation folder in the server.

Maybe try Blackberry support or your carrier support.
If you have T-Support with Blackberry you can email them and ask or call with your t-support number. The email address is help@blackberry.net. Just put your T-support number in the subject line.

The reset button does not wipe data from the Blackberry. It is more like a ctrl alt delete. It just resets the Blackberry but all of the data will still be there.

Using App loader like described will wipe all of the data from the device. Entering the password incorrectly 10 times will wipe the data as well. You can even send a wireless kill packet to wipe the data but I would leave that as a last solution.
