does any one know how to make windows vista work with nru 11.0

Try right clicking the shortcut to NRU then select Compaptibility mode and select XP

I had to run as an administrator (right click and go to properties, under compatibility and select run as adminstrator) to get this to work - xp setting still came up with the same error

I would have to assume you're using some different drivers. How are you connecting? On site, or through a modem?
