Oct 14, 2021 Thread starter #2 OCsurfer Systems Engineer Sep 6, 2018 62 US I found this thread here Link And I did add the new agents in Dictionary under "Login Identifications". Exited CMS and logged back in and still can't find them in the agent List. EDIT- It worked! Not sure what happened but I located the agents in the list. Upvote 0 Downvote
