Does anyone know if Crystal 9.0 supports subqueries or union queries? I realize that I can write a stored procedure to accomplish this, but I need to know if 9.0 supports this from the Crystal development screen? Can I pull in more than one query and join them to extract data?

Thanks!
Peggy

Do I have to use SQL to accomplish this? or can I do this directly in the Visual Linking Expert?

CR9 has a "Database Expert" that combines the "Find Database" and "Visual Linking" screens. One of the data sources from a data connection is a SQL command where you can do UNION and Sub-SELECT's.

You can also do Inserts, Updates and Deletes, and have multiple SQL statements, but the last thing has to be a SQL SELECT of some sort. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear

Thanks for the info! That's what I needed to know.
