I'm new to IP Office. Are there any books or documentation (online or otherwise) that explains IP Office and Voimail Pro, other than this site and the Avaya Documentation CD?

The IP Office doc's suck. I've even had Avaya tech support tell me they think the doc's suck. I would also like to know if anyone knows of any good doc's

You need More then this side and the documentation CD.

Is there more??? (Hi Hi)

I think the avaya doc cd is very good.

you can download all IPO docs and apps form the support.avaya.com website.

In manager, any screen you go to, you can click "help" and there is a pretty descriptive explanation of what each of the fields is for. This has helped me more than once in a bind.

These is nothing wrong with the docs, every function is fully documented.
These docs are not meant to teach you how to use the functions(although there are a lot of examples), for this you will have to take a course at Avaya University.

I;d really consider a vendor based training course, you will learn much more than just reading...

If the trainer is good they can relate "real life" situations to the course
