Hi

1) If there are 3 reports in a MSTR Document with same prompt. Will MSTR prompt once or thrice? How to make it prompt once but affect all 3 reports?

2) If there is same page by section in 3 reports (only data block changes)then will that be repeated? How to keep only 1 page by for all three reports.

3) Is the Page By section mentioned above static? For example let Country be in the page by. Can I choose different Country values and check the data just as we can do in Desktop or Web reports? If not, how to make it dynamic?

1) MSTR prompts 1x for all 3 reports.
2) not sure...roll your sleeves up & try it.

1. if you use the same prompt (same mstr object) in all the 3 reports, the document will prompt you only once. (note: if suppose, you made suplicate copies of the same prompt and used them separately in 3 reports, they would prompt separately)

Page By feature does not wotk in MSTR documents. The first item in the drop down will decide the results of the report in the document. You cannot change the drop-down selection (in fact no drop down is displayed).
