Hi,

Can anybody please let me know what is the document object model in Visual Basic or direct me to any information regarding DOM ???

Has anybody worked on integrating eGain knowledge software with Visual basic 6.0, if yes how can it be done?

eGain knowledge is a Web-architected CRM solution.

For general info on DOM try Google - its got stuff from all the major players.
