Aloha all you techies, :)

I'm running Standard Windows Server 2003. I made a mistake by editing the default domain policy on the server. While the changes I made were defaulted back to the original configuration, I have one user who's computer does not reflect the changes.

One change was Document History. i.e. will not save last documents viewed under the start menu or in the drop downs in Word and Excel. All users have reflected the change and are able to view document histories except one in the OU. gpupdate /force has been run on the server and desktop.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,
K-

thank you Mark and SysAdmMke,

I'm running xp pro on the clients. Problem is, her work station refuses to allow document history in the start menue and word/excell etc...

The check box is grayed out in the word and excel menues.

What happens if you reapply default security templates to the box?

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
