DocsOpen/Word Save Problem

I have a user who keeps encountering problems when trying to save documents in Word. She gets the following error message:
Word did not save the document: (R:\docsopen\rochdocs\gjohnson\PLD\6_ch01!.doc)

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hi Jessica,

This may seem like an obvious question but does the user have an R: drive mapping with 'write' permission to that location?

If you can give me some idea of what you have already tried to troubleshoot I may be able to come up with some other things to check.

Jessica,
Rename the ODMA.dll and ODMA32.dll files (we use _ODMA.dll and _ODMA32.dll). This should take care of your problem.

I am no longer the HelpDesk person with the company, but I believe this problem has been solved by installing the latest DocsOpen update.
