DOCS 3.9 migration issue 1

I have migrated the SQL portion of DOCS to a new server. It seems ok as long as the document storage remains on the old server. If I try to move a document to the new server, I get errors like "Unable to access the named pipe ‘\\server\PIPE\DOCSNTFS’ " This seemed only to happen to moved documents but it is now happening with new documents that are placed on the new server.

HELP!

You must install and start the Docs Open Security Service (DOCSNTFS) on your document server.
