does anyone know the proper way to have only certain records within a form print....basically i don't the whole report to print, just certain text boxes....any help would be great

when you want to print a report from a form first go to create new report in design view. It will ask from which form or table you want the report. Select the form then a report will open in design view along with a small box of the list of the feilds of that form(as its record source is some table/qry). drag and drop only the feilds you want on the report. This way when u give print command only the feilds u need will print
