Do observe key only work for agents?

In order to use a observe key the person you're observing needs to be an agent correct?

well, it needs to be an ACD set, since a Position ID is used. The set doesn't have to be logged in, the DN key could be in use, and you can OBV it from a Sup set.

Which CLS (Class of Service) do I need to allow an ACD set to OBSERVE another set, and which CLS do I need to add a set as an ACD SUPERVISOR?
I'm working with an opc11c

nothing, just needs to be ACD agent set.

Supervisor - SPV in CLS

and an OBV key programmed.

(should start a new thread to get quicker response when not original poster)
