My system is a IPS 2000.
I'm having a weird problem right now.

I disable The do not disturb fonction, but I can still use the feature.

*8 is the access code in my numbering plan.

Look at the command... it is set to Not provided

1300>4039:1-

It does that for all my extension!
What am I doing wrong?

You can do one of two things.....If you don't need to activate DND on any station just kill the *8 access code in CMD 200, or if you do need some phones to be able to activate DND go to command 1519>XX (where XX is the service class "A" set in command 1202) and make it a "0" to restrict the stations that don't need it. You will have to put the phones that do need it in a different class of service "A" in 1202.

Good Luck!!

Thanx

I will give it a try, but I do not see much
use for command 1300 then...

Command 1300 is DND "system". Here is what it is used for:

DND SYSTEM

This feature simultaneously restricts incoming calls to an assigned group of stations by operation from the Hotel/
Motel Front Desk Instrument(s). Attendant Console(s) and Hotel/Motel Front Desk Instruments can use the
DND OVR key to override this Do Not Disturb setting.

I just had another thought that might work.....kill the *8 in command 200 and for the phones that need DND just assign a button on a line key (I think it's a F0022) to set and cancel. That way you don't have to mess with command 1519.
