I have an MICS v4.0 and FLASH 4-Port v2.0.

When a call comes into reception and she forwards it to an extension, If that extension is set to DND the call get returned back to reception and not tranfered to voice mail

I have my Forward On No Answer and Forward On Busy set to Ext: 251 and DND On Busy set to Yes

Yes If she does a F986 and the mbox # it will transfer the call to voice mail

Is your Transfer Call Back timer set out to a greater number of rings than your FNA delay?

If she has turned DND on manually on her phone by using the Feature 85 then no calls will be able to be transferred to her phone regardless of what you have the forwarding set up for. The best way to get this to work is for her to turn the DND off by using the Feature # 85 this will allow the vm to do what it is supposed to do. IF she dont want to be bothered with a ringing phone then have her to use Feature 4 and enter the VM extension number,m this will allow her calls to forward into the vm without ringing back to the set who transferred. I hope this helps
