I Have a Partner ACS V7 that is set up for all calls to go the Auto Attendant. When a caller eslects a selector code to be transferred to an extension and that extension has DND on the call routes to the cover operator. Inside callers that call that extension (when in DND) get the voice mail which is the desired end result for all calls. Does someone know what I can do for all calls to go the Voice mail instead of the cover operator?
