Hi,

If i were to have a network of BCMs, can they be setup to update there address books if a change is made to the other BCMs. The plan is to have a central BCM to take calls and then transfer the calls to the relevant BCM, but an external provider would be using the central BCM.

Also, can they be linked to an Active Directory to get the address book? They will be linked via DPNSS for telephony, and maybe via IP if Active Directory is an option.

I know thats very little info, but thats all i have been given to have a quick look into it.

Cheers

Possably with MCDN and centralized VM.Not if each unit has their own VM.

What do you mean by "adress book"? Do you mean if you add a phone to a remote site, the central bcm will know about that new set?
