do i need to put this in the cgi_bin? 1

i am trying to execute a perl script, but it's not running. it gives me this address:

http://www.idahoweb.com/weiser_action/

but it won't RUN. (it is yabb.pl) this site runs off of verio, so i know it will accept perl, but i'm not sure of where i'm going wrong. any ideas?

Ok, So You know perl is installed or offered?

So it may be trouble with the script if You post it

yes, i checked verio, and it is offered.

not that i'm experienced (cause i'm NOT), i created a cgi_bin (i had deleted it previously) and moved everything back into it that belonged there, and it didn't help. does this need to be in an "official" cgi_bin on the server?

or am i missing something else?

Boards/ Variables/ Boards/ promission need to be reset
The same as Your Sources/ one .

No it should run fine We just need to change alittle in settings

Your promission should be the same as Parent Directory that is cgi-bin in all files and Folders with it

Make sure you set the file to be executable (chmod 775) and upload it in ASCII format if transferring from Windows to Unix.

in the install instructions, it DID say to upload in ASCII, but i have no clue how to go about doing that. could you explain it to me?
