do i need autocad to run ADT

I have the opportunity to buy Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2006. Do I need to purchase AutoCAD 2006 as well?

Sorry, I don't know - your reseller should know. My guess is they probably co-exist together without too much difficulty - we had Mechanical Desktop 6 and ADT 3.3 running concurrently without any difficulties.
