When logging and reporting exceptions information, is it useful include user information such as IP address or User-agent? If so, why can be useful this information?

Thanks

The user agent may contain information such as the application name, version, host operating system, and language. This can obviously be useful as the error may be something directly related to one of the above.

The IP Address may not be that useful though depending on your situation (i.e. it may be if your app is Intranet based).
