do frames work on a linux server 1

I tried to use frames on a linux server and its not working, is it the server or something else ?

thanx mate I just found the problem, the server dosn't like capital letters in the file names (dont know if this is a linux thing ?)
 
AFAIK it shouldnt care as long as you reference the file the same way (I think this is only true of linux servers as windows doesnt care->but I might be wrong!) ie. myfile.html is different from MyFile.html so you'd need the same combination of lowercase and capital letters.

I'd check that out though because I'm not totally confident that I'm right

MrBelfry, you are indeed correct.

Linux (and unix/posix/etc) filenames are case sensitive.
Windows and DOS filenames are not.
