I am now hosting my own DNS servers in house for my websites how do I configure domains to point to another server.

For example

DNS servers IP 10.0.0.1 - internal
WEB servers IP 10.0.0.2 - internal
DOMAIN -
How do I setup DNS server to send any requests to to 10.0.0.2?

Thanks in advance,
Michael Turner

1st setup the forward lookup zone for test.com once you have done that goto the forward lookup and create a new host, put then the IP 10.0.0.2

Thanks, that work great. What about Mail I know I need to setup an MX record but I can't seem to get this to point to a different mail server for example DNS on 10.0.0.1 Mail sever on 10.0.0.12
