How can I determine what DNS ip addresses my desktops are using without going through network neighborhood.

For example on a W98 machine I can type ipconfig at DOS and see the ip/subnet/gateway.

How can I verify that my machines are using the right DNS. (I change the DNS servers via DHCP, and I want to know if the machines are actually using the new DNS numbers or the old numbers).

Thanks,

I am not sure what operating system your desktops are using, but maybe this will help in winxp/2000 at a command prompt type: ipconfig /all

Or if they are win98 machines then typing winipcfg in the run box will tell you all the NIC configuration settings including DNS.
