Hi! I have a Nortel MICS system with around 125 stations with T7316, T7208, & T7100's. The system is running ver 6.0 software and it has VM /auto attendent. I need to restrict 8 stations from outside callers from the auto attendent. Does anybody know how to do this??
Thanks!! WALTCOMM

As fas as I know, this feature cannot be done on the Norstar Voice Mail - if someone dials an extension while listening to the AA, it will ring - no way to prevent it.

i dont think it can be done either, but yoy can change their number to a diferent range to keep callers from accidently dialing them

I agree, change their DN to a differant number range, say 600 or 700 range. This would keep people from dialing their numbers if your current range starts at 221. It is still possible, but someone would have to know their extesions,
Gabriel
