DNS question

I want to setup DNS on a Win2k3 Server. Our current DNS server is giving me problems as of late, it's running on Windows NT 4.0 PDC.

The Win2k3 box has 10 CAL's which covers the use of the server. We have about 50 users in the company. If I add DNS onto this machine will I also need to add additional CAL's?

I do not believe so. your users are not actually loggin into or attaching to that server so there should be no need to up the licensing, but as always you might want to check with whoever you buy your licenses from and get their expert opinion.
