DNS Problem?

I suddenly can't access our website which is hosted by a service. I called the service to see if their server was down and they explained that the servers were seperated from their offices and were not physically in the same location. Anyway they tried to access the website and were able to do so. The website is
It gives me a dns error page when I try either by name or i.p. address. When I ping the address; 66.235.209.103 it resolves to I run my own DNS server here.

What is going on?

What is "mediamarketers1"? you probably need to change it to ns1.mediamarketers.com.

When you say change it, how do I do that?
