Hey, Is it possible to have a DNS that forwards pythonmoo.co.uk to 24.231.184.118:8478 and pythonmoo.co.uk:1111 to 24.231.184.118:8477

No. Redirection should be done on the server. DNS justs resolves names to IP addresses (and IP addresses to names of course).

Okay, is there any way to make it redirect the ports, like any internet service which does so?

DNS does not redirect ports. I'm not sure what you are referring to by "any internet service which does so". Can you give us an example?

Im saying can u set up DNS to a server, which listens on the ports and redirects them to the new ones. Web forward I am presuming works in a similar way...

No, DNS servers only resolve the IP address. The redirection is done on the web server.

Yeah, are there any free servers which redirect and pass you on around?

Yes, Apache is free! A bit of HTML will do the redirection.

Hmm, well, Telnet connections wont like that ;)
Also I then need a server, so I may aswell just host the lot from there. Anyon got a server I can use for free, with SSH access, and Apache and ports 80, 1111, and 1180 free?

It might help if you expain your situation. What are you trying to achieve? Why do you want port re-direction? What are you connecting to and why?

Maybe the firewall on the receiving end can do it through the NAT setup? Cisco's PIX allows this...
