There is an odd issue that I dont know how to hunt down.

I know how to change the ring for incoming calls on a specific dn/tn. But, there are a few DNs that when they call out, their ring is different. The callers ring is different then the default ring on the incoming phone (if that makes sense).

Any information on where to change this would be great.

Here is the ld 20 print of his TN:

What do you mean when they call out their ring is different? That doesn't make sense. The DRG3 in your print out is for incoming ring.

When the person who owns DN 3736, calls me, the ring is different then my default ring. If that DN calls anybody, the ring is my default ring.

It's caused by EXR3 in the CLS. Executive Distinctive Ringing.
Change to EXR0 and you should be good.

After all these years I'm still learning, guess that's a good thing. Never knew about Executive Ring. Thanks StanleySteamer
